ABOUT US
Bryopin Pty Ltd supplies Hospitals, Clubs, Caterers, Retirement Homes, Meals on Wheels, Nursing Homes, and Restaurants. Bryopin has held the NSW State Government Contract since its inception in 1995 supplying over 50 major Hospitals with the "Sous Vide" cooking system. This system reduces costs and produces tender succulent meat - ideal for Hospital patients, the elderly, caterers, clubs and restaurants. We are an accredited Meat Processor and have an approved HACCP program.
Our users mention significant cost reductions in all areas - a 30% reduction in overall costs is not unusual. There are no down sides, the product is very easy to use and staff costs are minimal.
